Kelly Kai brings a wealth of knowledge in navigating the construction world following in the footsteps of her parents who also built and designed homes. After deepening her understanding of the built environment by studying Urban Design and Architecture at NYU she jumped into her own renovations. Kelly lives for the thrill of transforming a house from its studs into a special place to call home.
